The Radifocus™ Glidewire Advantage™ Guide Wire Family is a portfolio of guide wires for peripheral vascular interventions, including ilio-femoro-popliteal, below-the-knee, and below-the-ankle procedures.

With the Radifocus™ Glidewire Advantage™ Guide Wire, we offer you the combination of the distal Radifocus™ Guide Wire M with an extra stiff proximal Nitinol shaft for your challenging peripheral procedures. This provides you with the reliability and trackability you are used to as well as an enhanced tactile feedback, crossability and device support1.

The addition of Radifocus™ Glidewire Advantage Track™ Guide Wire to your lower limb toolkit provides you with additional performance2 for your most challenging cases, thanks to its proximal stainless-steel shaft combined with its Nitinol distal part.

Main Characteristics of the Radifocus™ Glidewire Advantage™ Guide Wire
2
neutrals-100
The Radifocus™ Glidewire Advantage™ guide wire is designed to direct a catheter to the desired anatomical location – including its use as a lower limb guide wire – during diagnostic or interventional procedures, except for the heart or central circulatory system.

Improved Guide Wire Platform for Interventional Devices1

The proximal shaft is designed to facilitate smooth delivery of interventional devices over the guide wire:

  • Extra-stiff proximal shaft: Provides additional device support1
  • Proximal Spiral-cut PTFE coating: Limits surface contact within the catheter lumen, reducing friction and improving trackability over the guide wire1
