The Senri™ PTA Balloon Dilatation Catheter is a rapid exchange (RX) system specifically engineered for PTA in the peripheral vasculature. ​

Designed for speed and pushability¹, this balloon catheter focuses on anatomy outside of the cardiac, cervical, and cephalic regions. Its primary clinical application is the dilatation of stenotic lesions within arteries, veins, and artificial blood vessels.

The Senri™ PTA Balloon Dilatation Catheter features a low-profile, semi-compliant balloon equipped with a 45 cm distal hydrophilic coating.¹ ​

• Low Crossing Profile: The 3-fold (ø 2.0 - 6.0 mm) and 4-fold (ø 7.0 - 8.0 mm) balloons are designed to provide high flexibility for successful lesion crossing and good trackability ​
• Smooth Navigation: The distal hydrophilic segment is designed to reduce friction during advancement, supporting swift and easy navigation even through complex anatomy. ​​

The Senri™ PTA Balloon Dilatation Catheter is engineered with a hybrid shaft designed to ensure reliable delivery in challenging peripheral anatomy: ​

• Hybrid Shaft Construction: Combines the pushability of a stainless steel hypotube with the kink resistance of a polymer shaft.^{1 ​}
• Designed to maintain performance during complex cross-over procedures with sharp, angulated bifurcations. ​
• Procedural Efficiency: The internal lumen of this balloon catheter is designed to maintain rapid deflation times, potentially reducing overall procedure duration.^{1 ​}
