Internship Program

Each year, we welcome numerous interns from various universities and colleges  throughout EMEA  to conduct their internships across different departments of Terumo, such as engineering, IT, finance, marketing, HR, and more… Our interns get the opportunity to join Terumo Europe for a period of 3 months or more.

As an intern, you will get the opportunity to join the daily life of a Terumo associate, provide your own insights, and turn class theory into action. You will be guided by a coach and join a vibrant young talent community within Terumo EMEA.

Young Graduate Rotation Program
You will gain broad professional experience and explore a variety of career paths before transitioning into a permanent role. The program includes 3 six‑month rotations, giving you the opportunity to work in different roles across multiple departments. During your journey, you will receive training sessions and be supported by both a personal mentor and a rotation coach.

Who are we looking for?

● Graduated within the last 12 months with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree from a reputable university in Europe.

● You have demonstrated hands-on experience through real-world projects or class projects.

● You have an excellent level of English, written and spoken. Additional language skills are a strong plus.

● Ambitious, with a can-do personality, demonstrating a growth mindset.

● Previous internship experience within Terumo is an advantage.
