Recruitment Process

Step 1 – Application

Create an account and initiate the recruitment process. Upload your resume and motivation letter. This should take no more than 2 minutes to complete!

Step 2 – Initial Screening

A thorough evaluation will be made of your application, skills, and previous experience in accordance with our core requirements and values.

Step 3 – Interview Process (*optional assessment)

A series of interviews will be conducted with our team. In this phase, you will speak with the hiring manager as well as other passionate Terumo associates.

For specific roles, an assessment or a business case can be part of the process. These tests are competency- or skill-based and are used to further assess the alignment of the candidate with the sought-after profile for the role.

Step 4 – Offer & Contract Signing

You have successfully gone through the selection process, and we have determined you to be the right candidate. An offer will be presented to you verbally as well as through a letter of intent, by a Talent Acquisition representative. Upon agreement, a written contract will follow. Both the contract and additional information will be detailed with the signing of the contract as the final step.
