Highlight

Venoject® needle: the reference needle for more comfort and quality

Venoject® multi-sample needles used with Venosafe® tubes ensure maximum patient comfort during venepuncture.

Due to their sharp tip and unique double bevel design tissue damage and thromboplastin release is minimal and trauma during incision very low.

The unique needle coating allows the needle to travel smoothly, from the moment of penetration until its withdrawal.

A special valve design and composition reduces the contamination risk, significantly, by closing off the distal end of the needle tightly each time a tube is removed.

Laboratory Systems

Lab’10 logo    Dedicated to the future of blood collection systems

Since their first appearance in the early nineties, plastic blood collection tubes have been perfected and now exceed the clinical performance of their glass equivalents.

The most renowned advantage of plastic blood collection tubes over glass tubes is shock resistance. Plastic tubes are virtually unbreakable, and therefore add to the safety of laboratory employees.

Furthermore, this stress resistance makes plastic tubes the only solutions for Total Lab Automation (TLA) and in cases where high centrifugation speeds are needed. Additionally, the reduced weight will ease transport and waste disposal.

Terumo Europe’s wide range of Venosafe® plastic blood collection tubes satisfies all clinical needs. We continue to provide you with the highest quality products for all analytical procedures. Now and in the future.
