AZURTM Peripheral HydroCoilTM embolization system combines a platinum coil and an expandable hydrogel polymer. The hydrogel coating expands in the direction of less resistance to fill space when introduced into the bloodstream.

  • Can be retracted and repositioned, reducing the risk of migration
  • Detached in less than one second at the push of a button

Indications for use: The AZUR system is intended to reduce or block the rate of blood flow in vessels of the peripheral vasculature. It is intended for use in the interventional radiologic management of arteriovenous malformations, arteriovenous fistulae, aneurysms, and other lesions of the peripheral vasculature.
