Terumo is committed to manufacturing quality perfusion tubing packs for cardiac surgery. The Terumo Europe N.V. UK production site, located between Manchester and Liverpool, was opened in 1996 and has since doubled its capacity. Today the Terumo UK facility produces over 80 000 tubing packs annually and coordinates the work of external tubing pack suppliers throughout Europe.

At the Knowsley plant design engineers work directly with customers to create customised solutions. From drawing, to validation, to production Terumo professionals provide technical support focused on helping perfusion teams to give the very best patient care.
Terumo is now applying its experience in perfusion circuit technology to the development of modular perfusion circuits.
The Terumo ROCsafe products are designed to improve patient outcome by reducing prime volume, hemodilution, foreign surface area, inflammatory response and complement activation.
